No returns or exchanges are accepted on any purchases made at Sackville RV, whether in-store or online. Please review all product information carefully before purchasing and contact us with any questions—our team is here to help you choose the right part, accessory, or RV the first time.

Damaged or Defective Items

Although we do not accept returns for change of mind, if your item arrives damaged or is defective out of the box, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

We will assist with:

  • Inspecting the item,

  • Reviewing photos and details provided,

  • Coordinating warranty support or another remedy permitted by the manufacturer or applicable law.

When reaching out, please include:

  • Invoice or order number,

  • Clear photos of the defect/damage and packaging,

  • A brief description of the issue,

  • Your contact information.

Vehicle (RV) Purchases

Sales of new and pre-owned RVs at Sackville RV are final upon delivery and/or registration.

Post-delivery concerns will be handled through:

  • Applicable manufacturer warranties, and

  • Our service department, subject to standard diagnostics and warranty terms.

Normal wear, maintenance items, and damage caused by misuse, neglect, or modification are not covered unless specified by the manufacturer.

Order Cancellations

Orders that:

  • Have entered processing,

  • Have shipped, or

  • Are special-order/custom items,

cannot be cancelled.

Deposits on:

  • Custom factory orders, or

  • Units undergoing pre-delivery inspection (PDI)

may be non-refundable as outlined in your signed purchase agreement.

Non-Returnable Items

To avoid confusion, the following are treated as final sale:

  • Electrical components and installed parts,

  • Special-order or custom items,

  • Clearance or discounted “final sale” merchandise,

  • Opened, used, or improperly installed products not covered by warranty.

Warranties

Many products and RVs are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Sackville RV will help facilitate warranty claims where possible; however, all approvals, exclusions, and remedies are determined by the manufacturer.

Please keep your proof of purchase and warranty documents.
